New Changes at WildeWood Dental

Goodbyes are Never Easy…

As we prepare to say goodbye to an employee and friend as he enters a new phase in his life, we would like to give a recap about his time spent with us and announce his future plans. Hunter Griffin has intermittently worked in the office for over two years. As a lab assistant he created and built bleach trays, retainers, and night guards. Additionally, he was responsible for sterilizing all tools and equipment and never failed to keep the office clean and organized.

He has loved the opportunity to work alongside his dad, Dr. Griffin, and learn everything he can about the dental world!

Hunter will be attending Brigham Young University in Utah as a biology major. He enjoys playing soccer and hopes to join the BYU team as a walk on this fall. As he is always on the go, he loves wake-boarding, snow-boarding, and traveling to Hawaii to visit his extended family.

Although he will miss the smile crew, he is eager to meet new friends and continue his education. As an aspiring doctor, he is excited to start this new chapter in his life! We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors!

Meet Olivia, Our New Laboratory Assistant!

It’s always exciting to add a new member to the team, therefore, we want all of our patients to get to know our new lab assistant! We are very excited to introduce Olivia Brown to our team!

New Team Member Spotlight

Olivia is currently a junior biology major at The University of South Carolina. Her hobbies include snapping pictures of her friends and eating ketchup with (literally) everything. When she isn’t studying in the library she enjoys hanging out with her friends, attending concerts, and cheering on the Gamecocks at William’s Bryce Stadium!  

Olivia has lived in South Carolina her entire life and currently does not have any future plans to leave the Palmetto State. Eventually, she’d like to one day become a dentist… just like Dr. Griffin!

Our talented staff includes Dr. Justin Griffin, Megan, clinical manager, Renee, office manager, and our two hygienists Katie and Holly.
